Free Black and White Illustrations: 4 Black and White Sketches from Antique Book

Here are some more of those charming little black and white illustrations from an antique book published in 1905. It's full of little sketches, and I'll probably, eventually, post the entire book on this site. They're so lovely, and I hope that you have fun creating with these little beauties :-)

Scan from Victorian Children's Storybook: Dogs

Here's a page from a late Victorian children's storybook. I've often thought of framing the ones I have. With the bit of writing at the bottom, it would wonderful in a frame.

Check out two more scans of pages from the same book at The Antique Image.

Free Black and White Illustration: Woman Holding Daisy

This is a black and white illustration I found in an antique book about flowers. You just know that this woman is thinking to herself, "He loves me. He loves me not," as she's plucking each petal.
