Today's post is a beautiful perched blue bird. I'm not sure what bird. I created this bird clipart from a Victorian die cut in one of my scrapbooks. There were identifying descriptions with the die cut. A quick search turned up the bird, Red-Headed Wood Pecker; however, the plumage wasn't exact. As was the style with Victorian Art, animals were depicted in whimsical styles. Regardless, the bird clipart is pretty. I was inspired to create a color palette chart from stunning colors the beautiful feathers. Enjoy!

This is a stunning printable bird download that I created from a vintage postcard. The Blue Bird images are so pretty! I love how the Blue Birds are shown flying over the beautiful wildflowers, Daisies and Field Roses. And, the lovely flower frame of Forget-Me-Not flowers frames the one Blue Bird so nicely. This printable flower and bird download is perfect for a handmade greeting card! And, with Mother's Day right around the corner, I'm sure this flower clip art would be stunning on a special card.

This is an incredibly lovely digital pigeon image of a flying pigeon. The pigeon's wings are gloriously outstretched in flight, showing off the pretty wing feathers. The purple and white feathers are beautifully contrasted against one another, as well as the green, purple and pink iridescent chest feathers. I created this wonderful digital bird download from a very large Victorian paper scrap.

What a lovely bird! I created this digital bird clip art from a little Victorian paper scrap, and the colors are still vibrant, especially the bird's wings. All those shades of blue with hints of pink are beautiful. I think this bird download would look wonderful surrounded by images of flowers.

This is a delightful digital bird image of a colorful, beautiful bird perched on the handle of a lovely, straw basket full of wildflowers, such as roses, Lily of the Valley, and Forget-Me-Nots. What a perfect image for either a Valentine's project, with that heartfelt sentiment, or an Easter project. Of course, with that sentiment, you could use this pretty flower illustration in almost any project, especially on a handmade gift tag. Vintage Digital Fancy Pigeon Clip Art Bird Graphics

What a wonderful vintage pigeon graphic! This is another beautiful piece of digital bird clip art of a fancy breed of pigeon I created from a gorgeous Victorian die cut. I love the detail and that the pigeon is eating out of a dish. This pretty pigeon image needed lots of restoration, but I did leave the part of the image of the dish a bit distressed because I just love the charm of the look. When we raised homing pigeons in the 70's, we only raised Blue and White Homers. In today's post is a very fancy breed of pigeon. This is vintage digital bird clip art I've created from a beautiful Victorian die cut. I love the color and detail of Victorian die cuts and scraps. Free Digital Bird Graphics of Gray Pigeon Eating Stalk of Wheat

Pigeons have a special place in my heart. In the 70's, when my brother were young, we raised homing pigeons in a huge coop my father built. It was incredible fun hand-raising them, and I miss to this day. Over the next few days I'll be posting three beautiful digital pigeon graphics I created from spectacular die cuts from one of my Victorian scrapbooks. This is the first piece of digital bird clip art of a gray pigeon I created from a Victorian scrap. It was extensively damaged and distressed, and I had to work my digital magic to save this beautiful bird graphic. It was worth it! Hopefully, you'd never know.
