Free Antique Clip Art: Antique Ephemera Back of Antique Advertisements

I've used textures to add interest and grubbiness to these images of antique ephemera. These images are of the backs of antique advertisements. I'm not sure what these cards were used for, but it looks as if they were to be filled in with some sort of information. Anyway, you can use your imagination for some fun and creative use and add what you'd like.

I've got a real treat for you all today! These images are of a 1917 Italian perfume advertising book. They are lovely, aren't they? I got this little gem from eBay several years ago and have used them to make beautiful gift tags. Yep, I've mentioned making gift tags a few times. I do really enjoy making them because they add an extra special touch to any gift. Over at The Antique Image there are 3 more images of this booklet.

Free Butterfly Clip Art: Graphic Image of Antique Ephemera with Butterfly and Flower Design

This is one of my favorite pieces of antique ephemera. Victorian images of nature are especially pretty because they're very whimsical. In this image particularly, the colors, black, white, and blue give it an ethereal quality as well. This image would make a lovely greeting card.

Free Vintage Graphic of Antique Ephemera: Woman Feeding Chickens

This beautiful vintage graphic is a bit confusing. Why would anyone wearing 'Fine Shoes' be outside feeding chickens? Perhaps it was fashionable in the late 19th century.

Free Background: Antique Decorative Paper Background of Old Handwritten Letter

Taken from an old letter a family member wrote years ago, I created this antique-looking background paper. This would look great on a scrapbook page either traditional or digital.
