This is the same image I posted yesterday of a yellow rose; however, I've changed the color of the rose, making it an orange rose. As I was playing with the image in my photo editing software, I just fell in love with this color! The Forget-Me-Not Flowers still remain purple-blue, which I think is wonderful. This is a rather distressed pink rose graphic from a vintage postcard. But, I love the distressed look! Actually, it took me a while to fix up this image. The postcard had lots of rips and tears, and the big rose image was heavily damaged. I think it's still a lovely image and cleaned really nicely. I hope you enjoy!

I love the pretty contract between the colorful flowers and the silver and gold of the heart design. Free Red Rose Clip Art: Vintage Image of Red Rose with Leaves on Best Wishes Postcard

Usually these vintage postcards with either silver or gold background don't digitize very well, so I normally don't buy them when I find them in the antique shops; however, when I saw this one, I just had to have and take a chance that I could create a nice digital image from it. And, I think it has turned out very well. They silver background appears very gray, and it doesn't interfer with the rose graphic. Enjoy!

Even with the distressed and worn areas of this lovely Victorian die cut of a red rose, the image is still very pretty. I've used this piece of flower clip art several times in projects. To hide some of the distressed petals, I either overlaid more images with it when using it digitally or I've used inks and stamps when I've printed it out for paper projects.
