Today I've posted digital alphabet clip art I created from a late Victorian linen ABC book. These four pages of the antique children's book feature the alphabet in big, bold red letters. Along with the letters of the alphabet, each letter is pictured with animals and things that begin with each of the letters. Each of these pages from the ABC book would make great images when creating a handmade children's ABC book with personal touches for the child receiving the book.

Vintage Alphabet Design for Advertising: Black and White Illustration of Alphabet

These are two pages from a vintage book on designing cards for advertising. The black and white illustrations are really pretty and eye-catching. Unfortunately, it's not a complete alphabet, but most of the letter are there. And, wouldn't these be lovely if they were colored! Well, what are you waiting for?!
