This is an interesting vintage image of an elf violinist. What makes it more interesting is that the little elf is with a giant number 8. I found this elf image in one of my Victorian scrapbooks. The big, gold number 8 image is decorated with pretty blue ribbons and designs. I can image this elf violinist image as part of an 8th anniversary celebration. A birthday, wedding anniversary or annual celebration of some sort could feature this cute image in decorations.
