I've posted a fun, and colorful, digital border design for you today! I created this printable border from a vintage, 1920 stencil pattern that I found in a tiny catalog. This digital border is formed by a row of dancing Dutch men and women. I've given you both the image transfer and a colored version I created. It's so cute and would be fun decorating a child's bedroom. I hope you enjoy this border clip art!
