I couldn't wait to post this beautifully distressed digital frame and background! I created this digital frame clip art from a bit of blue and gold paper I found in one of my Victorian scrapbooks. I am in love with this shade of turquoise blue! It's torn, worn, and perfectly distressed, which makes for a very charming, vintage digital frame. This bit of paper was a layer in a multi-layer Valentine card that has been dismantled over the years through wear and age. I've given you both the .jpg and .png files of this digital background.
