What a lovely dress! This is a pretty piece of digital fashion clip art I created from an antique illustration of a women's Victorian dress known as a Raphael dress. I love the tiered skirt, and those ruffled sleeves are wonderful. I can imagine this dress in either a dark blue or green fabric with a white collar.
