This is a wonderfully adorable piece of bow clip art from an antique baby book. I love the tiny pink flowers around the bow and the long, trailing ends of the bow. Any of these bows would be a lovely design element in a project for a baby boy, especially scrapbooking projects. I've given you three color choices, blue, teal, and green.
