This is a pretty antique advertising card with beautiful colors, but the sorrowful expression on the young girl's face has always confused me. She's got a basket full of goodies, and yet she isn't smiling. Perhaps she thinking of all the cleaning she's got to do with Acme Soap when she gets home ;-)
