This is a pretty, floral Victorian scrap with an American president and the American flag. I believe the American president featured on this Victorian scrap is Grover Cleveland. He was president from 1885 to 1889, and then again in 1893 to 1897. I have a few more of these presidential die cuts, and I'll be posting them soon.
