Some of our best memories are made in the kitchen when we're children, helping prepare meals. I cherish the time I helped my grandmother make her wonderful, and famous, chicken noodle soup. We hand-rolled the noodles! They were thick, chewy deliciousness! And, I'll never forget the Christmas we made gingerbread houses for the whole family. My father planned the houses, drew up the plans, and in one afternoon we did nothing but built beautiful, delicious works of art. This is a wonderful digital frame I created from a vividly colored paper frame I found in one of my Victorian scrapbooks. It's torn and tattered, which I love! The ornate design is so pretty set in the red border and surrounded by the soft-yellow edging of the frame design. I've created a couple of versions, including two .png files, one with a transparent center, suited for many different digital projects. Enjoy!

This is another beautifully distressed digital frame background image I created from a bit of paper in one of my Victorian scrapbooks. I couldn't just ignore this lovely bit of paper despite its worn and tattered shape, so I designed it into both a little frame and background digital image. Actually, this piece of blue and gold paper was a layer in a multi-layer Valentine card that had been torn due to age and handling over the years. When I create these digital graphics, I try to see the potential in each graphic, if it could be pieced out into an entirely new image. I was able to create a wonderful red rose digital frame.
