This is another beautifully distressed digital frame background image I created from a bit of paper in one of my Victorian scrapbooks. I couldn't just ignore this lovely bit of paper despite its worn and tattered shape, so I designed it into both a little frame and background digital image. Actually, this piece of blue and gold paper was a layer in a multi-layer Valentine card that had been torn due to age and handling over the years. It's similar to an earlier digital frame I posted this week. I've given you both the .jpg and .png files of this digital frame image. I've posted a similar blue and gold frame background image here. I'm going to go over the holes further, thought this one & the other one you posted would look fantastic added to light switch covers!
