This is a beautiful Victorian, scrap, or die cut, known as a hand whimsy. This particular hand whimsy has two hands, those of a man and a woman. I think these are great decorations for Valentine's Day projects or a romantic note or card. I love the daisies and red carnations surrounds the hands.
