These vintage postcards from 1907 are exquisite! They are hand-painted, and the images are so lovely. They make me want to take a long hike in the woods! And, the vintage stamps are placed perfectly; they're not in the way, and they add a nice, decorative touch.

Black and White Illustration: Vintage Victorian Clip Art of Children at Train Station from Storybook
This is a somber black and white illustration from a Victorian Storybook. The children and women don't look too pleased at the outset of their journey. Perhaps it's a bittersweet departure? One they are reluctantly taking?

This vintage photo is a page from a Victorian Seed Catalog showing an idea of how to grow a flowering vine. It's lovely actually, and I'd love to have a front porch like this to come home to everyday. It's very charming!

This gorgeous vintage animal illustration comes from a late Victorian natural history book. This Leopard mother has her paws full with her four cubs. I love how Victorian artists stylized animals. Natural history was all the rage in the Victorian Era, and the depictions of wild animals show the burgeoning interest in the field. I hope you enjoy!

This is one of my favorite pieces of antique ephemera. Victorian images of nature are especially pretty because they're very whimsical. In this image particularly, the colors, black, white, and blue give it an ethereal quality as well. This image would make a lovely greeting card.
